About
The Smith College Vibes were founded in the 1995-1996 school year by a group of singers looking to form an a’cappella group with a new, fresh, funky flavor. Over the years many Vibes have come and gone, graduated, and run off to South America only to fall in love and never return, but the group remains dynamic, and is still successfully making a splash on campus with every performance. Our repertoire covers everything from Justin Timberlake to T.Pain, Dixie Chicks, Michael Jackson, Paul Simon, Beyonce, The Beatles Annie Lennox, Queen, Aretha Franklin and Ginuwine. The Vibes perform on and off campus for fundraisers, jams, and concerts alike, and they love to put on a show everyone can enjoy.
